skin care tips

1.Eat a healthy diet should include plenty of fruits, vegetables, salads and fresh juices. Use honey instead of sugar in the juice.

2.Avoid eating junk food is not only bad for your skin, but also for their health. Do not eat fried foods. Maida and avoid white bread instead of taking the bread, whole grains and oat bran. Use brown rice instead of white.

3.Drink 2-3 glasses of hot water in the morning will prevent constipation and thus will have an effect on your skin, or you can take a glass of hot lemon juice with one teaspoon honey.

4. Wash your face when you go out and come back to remove the dirt accumulated on the skin caused by pollution. Also wash them after waking and before bedtime. Instead of using soap often, you can use green gram flour or besan mixed with a little water to clean your face.

5. Use an umbrella (preferably a band of color), wearing sunglasses in the sun. Protect your skin from sun damage.

6. Take a shower twice a day to keep your skin clean. It also helps keep you cool.

7.Powder orange peel (available on the market) mixed with rose water can be used to exfoliate your skin.

8.Steam your face once a week to remove dirt from your face. You can add a few drops of eucalyptus oil or neem leaves in water. After steaming, splash your face with cold water and dry. It is a powerful drug blacks as well.

9.Steaming lemon juice added to water is also effective for blacks and pimples points. Take a little egg white (maybe it is good) and mix with a little 'honey and apply on face and rinse with lukewarm water after 15 minutes. This care for blacks points.
